HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, participated Thursday in a round table held at the Middle East Institute in Singapore.

HE Secretary General of Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi met on Friday with HE Mr Bilahari Kausikan, Chairman of the Middle East Institute – National University of Singapore and Former Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

HE Secretary General of Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi met on Friday with HE Singapore's Senior Minister of State for Defense and Foreign Affairs Dr Mohamad Maliki bin Osman, during his visit to Singapore.

His Excellency Dr. Khalid Al-Attiyah, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs, visited the Republic of Singapore to participate in the 17th Asian Security Summit, known as the Shangri-La Dialogue, for the period 2-3 June 2018, with the participation of defence ministers, army leaders and officials of 50 countries, including Russia, France, Germany and a number of Asian Pacific countries.

Qatar’s Ministry of Economy and Commerce (MEC), in cooperation with the Ministry of Trade and Industry in Singapore, organised the Qatar-Singapore Economic Forum today at Shangri-La Hotel in Singapore. The forum came within the framework of the Emir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani’s visit to Singapore. The forum will build on Qatar’s long history of friendly relations with Singapore in a bid to bolster commercial ties between the two countries.

His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, held a State visit to the Republic of Singapore during which HH met Her Excellency President Halima Yacob, President of the Republic of Singapore. An official reception ceremony were held for HH at the Istana, HH and HE President Halima Yacob stressed the deep bilateral relations between the two friendly countries during their meeting.

A delegation consisted of 34 people representing several governmental entities from the State of Qatar have visited the Republic of Singapore for the period from 24 - 28 October 2016. The purpose of their visit was to attend a special training course for leaders entitled (Global Learning Journey: the experience of Singapore) at Singapore Civil Service College.

On the sidelines of the visit of H.E Sheihk Mohammed Bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the state of Qatar to the Republic of Singapore for the period from 4 to 5 October 2016, H.E was hosted in (Conversation With) programme series in Chanel News Asia/ Singapore.
